Privacy and data collection
This notice explains the information processed through Cardstop order enquiries, customer support and website use. Submitting an enquiry does not take payment. Do not enter identity document numbers, bank passwords or credit card details in the enquiry form.
What does the order enquiry collect?
The form collects your name and phone number, together with your selected products, packaging options, quantities and reference amounts. The system records an enquiry time, reference and price verification result. Your name and phone number are needed to process the online enquiry. You may choose not to submit them, but our team then cannot follow up through that form.
How is the information used?
Information is used to check enquiries, contact customers, confirm products and payment arrangements, and handle delivery or follow-up support. Google Apps Script processes enquiries and records them in Google Sheets. Notifications are sent to Cardstop’s order email. Cardstop staff handling orders and suppliers of the necessary technical services process the relevant information.
Delivery details collected separately by customer support are used for confirmed orders and shared with the carrier where needed. Ask our team about the arrangements for your order. This website does not collect credit card payments when you submit an enquiry.
Browser storage, analytics and external services
Your cart and some browsing settings may be stored in your browser to support continued use. Clear the cart or use browser settings to remove local data. Clearing the cart does not delete an enquiry that has already been submitted.
The site uses Cloudflare for website services and loads Google Tag Manager and interaction analytics. The existing interaction events include page language, card list links, rarity selections and search query length. That interaction script does not attach the order form’s name or phone number to its events. Third-party processing depends on the service settings and the provider’s privacy policy.
The WhatsApp follow-up button lets you review a prepared message and decide whether to send it. Opening WhatsApp, social media or YouTube content in an article also uses those providers’ services and is subject to their privacy policies.
Access, correction and retention enquiries
To request access to or correction of submitted information, or ask about retention and deletion, contact Cardstop support with your order reference and request. We may need to verify your identity to protect order information. Handling a request takes account of open orders, support needs and applicable record retention requirements.
Changes to this notice are dated on this page. Avoid sharing full phone numbers, addresses or payment records in public social media comments.
